Meet our team
Tânia has a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where she also completed a Specialization and obtained a Master's degree in Civil Procedural Law. She obtained a Master of Laws degree in American Law from Washington University in St. Louis.
Attended the JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Protection Lawyers promoted by the Japan Patent Office.
Currently, she is Cultural Director of the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association - ASPI, besides being a member of the Unfair Competition Committee of the International Trademark Association - INTA.
With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, she is the author of articles and relevant works in the area of Law, and is qualified to practice law in Brazil and in California/USA.
Recommended for her practice in Patent Litigation by Leaders League in 2018 and 2019, as well as in Trademark Litigation in 2022. She was nominated as one of the most admired female lawyers in Intellectual Property, in the pharmaceutical sector and in São Paulo by Anuário Advocacia 500, in 2020 and 2021. She was also elected one of the most admired female lawyers by Análise Advocacia Mulher in 2021 and 2022, in these same areas and in the energy sector.
Katia is graduated in Chemical Engineering and Law, Post-graduated in Cosmetic Chemistry and Competitive Intelligence, Specialist in Patent Search, Master student in Social Function of Private Law Institutes and Industrial Property Agent.
With 25 years of experience in intellectual property, she acts as expert and technical assistant in lawsuits involving patents in the engineering, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology areas.
She also acts as a guest lecturer for undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as internal trainings for national or multinational companies, startups and research institutions.
She was awarded by IAM's The World's Leading Patent Practitioners in the years 2014 to 2022, by Leaders League for patent issues in the years 2017 to 2020 and international Client Choice winner in 2019 and 2021 by Lexology.
Paola is graduated in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Property Agent. She has been working with intellectual property since 2001, and has a post-graduate degree in Chemistry from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz in São Paulo.
She is a specialist in cosmetology/ cosmetic products development and project management for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry by Racine Institute, in São Paulo, besides being an expert in patent searches, having taken several courses in the area.
She acts as technical assistant in lawsuits involving patents in the engineering, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and biotechnology areas. She has already been awarded as a rising star by Leaders League in the area of patents in Brazil, in 2019, and named in patent prosecution by IAM Patent 1000 – 2021.
She is also a coordinator of the patent nucleus of the Cultural Board of the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association - ASPI, in the management 2021-2023.
Alexandre has degrees in Mechatronic Engineering and Law. He is also an Industrial Property Agent, with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property.
He attended the JPO/IPR Training Course for Practitioners Specializing in Patents promoted by the Japan Patent Office.
He is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association - São Paulo Section - OAB/SP.
He works in the area of intellectual property as an expert and technical assistant in actions involving patents in the areas of mechanics, mechatronics and telecommunications.
Awarded by The World's Leading Patent Practitioners, by IAM - Intellectual Asset Management in the area of patents since 2014.

Vanessa has a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is specialist in intellectual property, entertainment and communication law from ESA – Escola Superior da Advocacia de São Paulo/SP.
She was recommended for her work by The Legal 500 in 2022 and 2023, as a result of 17 years of practice in intellectual property. She has helped clients from the most diverse areas to guarantee protection and the best strategies in the use of distinctive signs and other intangible assets.
She also has a degree in Languages from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
